受文者：全校学生、系所助理
主旨：有关本校106A填写教学反应问卷及106B初选之重要事宜，如附说明，请  查照。
 
说明：
一、「问卷填答」：
  1.106A『填答教学反应问卷』时间为：2017/12/21 -2018/01/7。 
  2.填答完以上问卷后，请按「重新整理」后，再加选课程。
 
二、选课之前请务必查看「课程时间表」→「选课使用说明」!有需要的部分…请自行下载!!
 
三、106B学生选课时间为：
1.第一阶段初选：2018/01/02 上午09：00—2018/01/04晚上24：00
  （1）加选(一般课程) →马上可以「确认选课状况」（已选）。
 （2）登记、志愿(有特殊限制需分发课程) →待此阶段结束后乱数分发（已登记）→学生1/5(五)再上网「确认选课状况」（已选）。
   备注：若没有出现该课程(已登记)，表示没分发上，请再加选或登记其他门课。
2.第二阶段初选：2018/01/09 上午09：00—2018/01/11 晚上24：00
  （1）加选(一般课程) →马上可以「确认选课状况」（已选）。
  （2）登记、志愿(有特殊限制需分发课程) →待此阶段结束后乱数分发（已登记）→学生1/12(五)再上网「确认选课状况」（已选）。
   备注：若没有出现该课程(已登记)，表示没分发上，请再加选或登记其他门课。
 
  3.开学后加退选：2018/02/22 -2018/03/02 每天09:00-24：00
   备注：每日晚上24:00关机进行有人数上限课程抽籤分发。
 
4.硕博班同学请注意(很重要) ：硕博士班生必修课程无预选之处理，须自行上网加选必修课程。请参考各系所专班修课规定后，再次确认课程。(EX：书报讨论、论文研究、个别研究、专题研究等等)
 
5.若有课程出现在「课程时间表」，却没出现在「加选」清单里，表示这门课程是有限制选课对象的。例如：初选第一阶段通识课程，大一生只会出现大一通识。相关问题请参考「课程时间表」→「选课使用说明」或课务组之最新消息的选课Q&A或致电各开课单位与课务组询问，感谢!!
 
 6.其他事项：
（1）选课系统网址https://course.nctu.edu.tw/。
（2）若是在职专班同学的公司办公室有设防火墙，请同学回家或至学校上网选课。
（3）请勿设定浏览器的Proxy Server位址，以免存取速度缓慢或读取错误网页。
（4）学生忘记密码：
（a）选课系统有查询密码功能（请点选：忘记密码）。
（b）请于上班时间至课务组或电洽(03)5712121#50421-50425，将重新为你设新密码！

Course Registration Process  

一、      请先填写106学年度第1学期『教学反应问卷』（106年12月21日起至107年1月7日止），再作课程初选。
Please fill in the 『Teacher Evaluation Form』for the first semester of the 2017 school year (December 21 ,2017 ~ January 7 ,2018) and then start the first stage of course selection.
二、      初选第一阶段

The first stage of primary course registration

1.     对象：全校学生
All students
2.     选课日期：107年1月2日9:00~1月4日24:00
Course registration date: Jan 2, 2018 9:00 am  ~ Jan 4, 2018 24:00 pm
3.     受理项目：一般课程之加退选、兴趣选修课程登记志愿、有选修人数限制课程登记志愿。
Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter preference options for elective courses, enter preference options for courses with a size limit.
4.     关机时间：107年1月4日24:00关机，关机后处理兴趣选修课程电脑抽籤分发、有人数限制课程电脑抽籤分发。
Computer shutdown time:  The computer will shut down  at 24:00 pm, on 4 Jan, 2018. The computer will perform random registration distribution of  elective courses and courses with a size limit.
5.     本阶段选课结果核对：107年1月5日起于网络选课系统『确认选课状况』-『查询选课状况』。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course registration system beginning from Jan 5, 2018.
三、      初选第二阶段

The second stage of primary course registration

1.     对象：全校学生。
   All students
2.     选课日期：107年1月9日9:00~1月11日24:00
   Course registration date: Jan 9, 2018 9:00 am  ~ Jan 11, 2018 24:00 pm
3.     受理项目：一般课程之加退选、兴趣选修课程登记志愿、有选修人数限制课程登记志愿。
 Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter preference options of elective courses, enter preference options of courses with a size limit.
 
4.     关机时间：107年1月11日24:00关机，关机后处理兴趣选修课程剩馀名额电脑抽籤分发、有人数限制课程剩馀名额电脑抽籤分发。
Computer shutdown time:  The computer will shut down at 24:00 pm, on 11 Jan, 2018 . The computer will perform random distribution of  elective courses and courses with a size limit.
5.     本阶段选课结果核对：107年1月12日起于网络选课系统『确认选课状况』-『查询选课状况』。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course registration system beginning from Jan 12, 2018.
 
四、      开学后加退选（开学后二周内）
Add and drop after school starts (two weeks after school starts)
1.     对象：全校学生。
All students
2.     选课日期：107年2月22日~107年3月2日 （时间：每日9:00~24:00）
Course registration date: February 22 to March 2 ,2018 (Time: 9:00 am ~ 24:00 pm)
3.     受理项目：一般课程之加退选、兴趣选修课程登记志愿、有选修人数限制课程登记志愿。
Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter priority options of elective courses, enter priority options of courses with a size limit.
4.     关机时间：选课期间每日00:01-08:59，处理兴趣选修课程剩馀名额电脑抽籤分发、有人数限制课程剩馀名额电脑抽籤分发。
Computer shutdown time:  The computer will randomly distribute the remaining openings of elective courses and courses with size limit from 00:01 am to 08:59 am every day during the time of course selection.
5.     有人数限制之课程采当日登记当夜分发处理，未分发上之同学，隔日需重新登记志愿。
A standard procedure for courses with size limit is enrollment during the day and distribution during the night. Those who haven’t successfully registered for a course please fill out your preference options the next day.
6.     本阶段选课结果核对：请同学务必于3月2日前上网络选课系统『确认选课状况』-『查询选课状况』，选课状况以网络为主。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course selection system before March 2. The online result decides a student’s status of course registration.
