受文者：全校學生、系所助理
主旨：有關本校106A填寫教學反應問卷及106B初選之重要事宜，如附說明，請  查照。
 
說明：
一、「問卷填答」：
  1.106A『填答教學反應問卷』時間為：2017/12/21 -2018/01/7。 
  2.填答完以上問卷後，請按「重新整理」後，再加選課程。
 
二、選課之前請務必查看「課程時間表」→「選課使用說明」!有需要的部分…請自行下載!!
 
三、106B學生選課時間為：
1.第一階段初選：2018/01/02 上午09：00—2018/01/04晚上24：00
  （1）加選(一般課程) →馬上可以「確認選課狀況」（已選）。
 （2）登記、志願(有特殊限制需分發課程) →待此階段結束後亂數分發（已登記）→學生1/5(五)再上網「確認選課狀況」（已選）。
   備註：若沒有出現該課程(已登記)，表示沒分發上，請再加選或登記其他門課。
2.第二階段初選：2018/01/09 上午09：00—2018/01/11 晚上24：00
  （1）加選(一般課程) →馬上可以「確認選課狀況」（已選）。
  （2）登記、志願(有特殊限制需分發課程) →待此階段結束後亂數分發（已登記）→學生1/12(五)再上網「確認選課狀況」（已選）。
   備註：若沒有出現該課程(已登記)，表示沒分發上，請再加選或登記其他門課。
 
  3.開學後加退選：2018/02/22 -2018/03/02 每天09:00-24：00
   備註：每日晚上24:00關機進行有人數上限課程抽籤分發。
 
4.碩博班同學請注意(很重要) ：碩博士班生必修課程無預選之處理，須自行上網加選必修課程。請參考各系所專班修課規定後，再次確認課程。(EX：書報討論、論文研究、個別研究、專題研究等等)
 
5.若有課程出現在「課程時間表」，卻沒出現在「加選」清單裡，表示這門課程是有限制選課對象的。例如：初選第一階段通識課程，大一生只會出現大一通識。相關問題請參考「課程時間表」→「選課使用說明」或課務組之最新消息的選課Q&A或致電各開課單位與課務組詢問，感謝!!
 
 6.其他事項：
（1）選課系統網址https://course.nctu.edu.tw/。
（2）若是在職專班同學的公司辦公室有設防火牆，請同學回家或至學校上網選課。
（3）請勿設定瀏覽器的Proxy Server位址，以免存取速度緩慢或讀取錯誤網頁。
（4）學生忘記密碼：
（a）選課系統有查詢密碼功能（請點選：忘記密碼）。
（b）請於上班時間至課務組或電洽(03)5712121#50421-50425，將重新為你設新密碼！

Course Registration Process  

一、      請先填寫106學年度第1學期『教學反應問卷』（106年12月21日起至107年1月7日止），再作課程初選。
Please fill in the 『Teacher Evaluation Form』for the first semester of the 2017 school year (December 21 ,2017 ~ January 7 ,2018) and then start the first stage of course selection.
二、      初選第一階段

The first stage of primary course registration

1.     對象：全校學生
All students
2.     選課日期：107年1月2日9:00~1月4日24:00
Course registration date: Jan 2, 2018 9:00 am  ~ Jan 4, 2018 24:00 pm
3.     受理項目：一般課程之加退選、興趣選修課程登記志願、有選修人數限制課程登記志願。
Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter preference options for elective courses, enter preference options for courses with a size limit.
4.     關機時間：107年1月4日24:00關機，關機後處理興趣選修課程電腦抽籤分發、有人數限制課程電腦抽籤分發。
Computer shutdown time:  The computer will shut down  at 24:00 pm, on 4 Jan, 2018. The computer will perform random registration distribution of  elective courses and courses with a size limit.
5.     本階段選課結果核對：107年1月5日起於網路選課系統『確認選課狀況』-『查詢選課狀況』。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course registration system beginning from Jan 5, 2018.
三、      初選第二階段

The second stage of primary course registration

1.     對象：全校學生。
   All students
2.     選課日期：107年1月9日9:00~1月11日24:00
   Course registration date: Jan 9, 2018 9:00 am  ~ Jan 11, 2018 24:00 pm
3.     受理項目：一般課程之加退選、興趣選修課程登記志願、有選修人數限制課程登記志願。
 Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter preference options of elective courses, enter preference options of courses with a size limit.
 
4.     關機時間：107年1月11日24:00關機，關機後處理興趣選修課程剩餘名額電腦抽籤分發、有人數限制課程剩餘名額電腦抽籤分發。
Computer shutdown time:  The computer will shut down at 24:00 pm, on 11 Jan, 2018 . The computer will perform random distribution of  elective courses and courses with a size limit.
5.     本階段選課結果核對：107年1月12日起於網路選課系統『確認選課狀況』-『查詢選課狀況』。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course registration system beginning from Jan 12, 2018.
 
四、      開學後加退選（開學後二週內）
Add and drop after school starts (two weeks after school starts)
1.     對象：全校學生。
All students
2.     選課日期：107年2月22日~107年3月2日 （時間：每日9:00~24:00）
Course registration date: February 22 to March 2 ,2018 (Time: 9:00 am ~ 24:00 pm)
3.     受理項目：一般課程之加退選、興趣選修課程登記志願、有選修人數限制課程登記志願。
Processing items: add and drop of general courses, enter priority options of elective courses, enter priority options of courses with a size limit.
4.     關機時間：選課期間每日00:01-08:59，處理興趣選修課程剩餘名額電腦抽籤分發、有人數限制課程剩餘名額電腦抽籤分發。
Computer shutdown time:  The computer will randomly distribute the remaining openings of elective courses and courses with size limit from 00:01 am to 08:59 am every day during the time of course selection.
5.     有人數限制之課程採當日登記當夜分發處理，未分發上之同學，隔日需重新登記志願。
A standard procedure for courses with size limit is enrollment during the day and distribution during the night. Those who haven’t successfully registered for a course please fill out your preference options the next day.
6.     本階段選課結果核對：請同學務必於3月2日前上網路選課系統『確認選課狀況』-『查詢選課狀況』，選課狀況以網路為主。
Result Verification: Please 『confirm courses status』and 『query course status』on the online course selection system before March 2. The online result decides a student’s status of course registration.
