1101期末至1102期初研究生學位考試成績及學籍處理原則
Guidelines for degree examinations, grading, and student status from the end of Fall semester 2021-2022 to the beginning of Spring semester 2021-2022
依據本校研究生學位授予作業規章，研究生應繳交學位考試成績資料表正本及論文紙本至註冊組，方符合畢業資格，請研究生詳閱下方說明：
因1月28日為全校共同寒休日，請同學於1月27日以前（含當日）通過學位考試並繳交學位考試成績資料表至註冊組，若未能於110學年度第2學期開學前最後一個工作日(2月11日)完成離校程序並繳交論文紙本，未達修業年限者，110學年度第2學期仍應註冊；修業年限屆滿者，則應予退學。
2月份以後舉行學位考試之同學：
111年2月1日至111年2月11日(110學年度第2學期開學前最後一個工作日)完成離校程序者，無須繳費。
111年2月14日開學以後（含開學當日）始完成離校程序者，則須先繳交全額學雜費，再依完成離校程序最終時間按本校「學生離校退費作業要點」辦理退費。
According to the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Regulations for Conferral of Graduate Degrees,” in order to meet the graduation requirements, graduate students should submit the original copy of their defense examinations and their printed thesis to the Division of Registrar. Please refer to the following instructions:
Because the offices will be closed on 1/28, students should pass their defense examinations and submit their grades to the Division of Registrar by 1/27. If the students are unable to submit the printed thesis before the last working day before spring semester 2021-2022 (2/11), those who have not yet reached the maximum term of their study periods should register for spring semester 2021-2022 ; those who have already reached the maximum term of their study periods will be dismissed.
Students who hold their degree examinations after February:
Students who have completed the school leaving process by 2022/2/11 (the last working day before spring semester 2021-2022 ) will not be required to pay 1101 tuition fees.
Students who have completed the school leaving process after 2022/2/14 (including the first day of school), will be asked to pay the tuition fees first. Part of the tuition fees may be refunded based on the final date the students complete the process according to the “National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Student Withdrawal Refund Guidelines”.
